PRAYER REQUEST

Join us on Sunday mornings
at 10:00 a.m.
for a time of praise, worship, and community!

Worship at Bridgeway Community Church is an active and life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. Through our own personal participation in the gathering of our Christian community, we together in one voice and filled with the Holy Spirit, bring all praise, honor, and glory to our living and Triune God.

Our worship is a special time of praise and thanksgiving, and an opportunity to gather together as a community. In many different ways, we use our gifts and talents to make our worship service one that is pleasing to God.

Our Current Sermon Series:

Jesus' life was one of prayer. From the record of his life, Jesus understood that its foundation was his relationship to the Father through the exercise and discipline of prayer. After his baptism by John the Baptist in the Jordan Jesus spends much of his time alone in solitude and prayer before he imparts life to his disciples and the crowds. Out of this preparation, Jesus was able to live a life before the world of teaching and service and healing. The truth of Jesus' life is the secret to the easy yoke: it means living entirely, one-hundred percent, as Jesus lived. His way. His truth. His life. And so we must follow him in prayer and learn to pray as he taught us to pray. The Jesus Prayer is a series which focuses on every segment of the Lord's Prayer found in Matthew 6:5-15. This 6-part series provides us a with a model prayer straight from Jesus Himself. Come and let Jesus teach you to pray!

This Sunday at Bridgeway:

Our offering:

As a tithing church, Bridgeway  gives 10% of our single Sunday morning offering, which goes toward one of the groups and ministries we support.

"Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life."
